Mortgaging Our Future

The whole of climate change doctrine is largely speculative and highly uncertain. No data yet produced can give any kind of certainty to any of the predictions. I do not give any more credence to the pseudo-science of climate change propagated by secular intellectuals than I give to the end of the world cries that have come from uninspired religious zealots for centuries. Just as many false prophets have unsuccessfully predicted the end of the world—the scientific community has preached fictitious doctrine as powerfully and as often if not more so.

I would never consider betting the farm on any unsubstantiated scientific claim, for science by definition is a set of false claims that represent our best understanding of the world. I am hardly inclined to jump off the boat because the scientific community makes an outrageous claim about the global climate.

Please do what you can to inform your family, friends, and neighbors that cap and trade will literally destroy American industry and will only serve as an enormous tax, which in the midst of a recession is a recipe for disaster!
